Coach John Praino

John attended Mahopac H.S. in Mahopac NY where he excelled as a three sport athlete. He attended Long Island University, C.W. Post on a scholarship to play Division A baseball and graduating with a BS in Physical Education and a minor in Exercise Physiology.

Coach John's enthusiastic approach and positive energy will get anyone excited about fitness. However it's his ability to motivate and inspire people to do more not just in the dojo but in life that gets results. John continues to preach fitness as a “lifestyle” to his students and is committed to helping them live better and achieve the highest level of fitness.

Coach Bill Felice

Coach Bill attended Sachem H.S. on Long Island, NY where he stood out in Track & Field as well as Soccer. He went on to play soccer in college at Radford University, VA graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education

As a coach for over 14 years Bill found it most rewarding improving the confidence of everyone he'd worked with.

His coaching style will provide you the tools you will need to achieve your health and fitness goals. With a higher level of self confidence his students are achieving things they never thought they could ever achieve. Coach Bill empowers his students to become the best version of themselves by guiding and educating them on proper fitness and nutrition techniques.
