When does the 8 week Transformation start?
The 8 Week Transformation starts on Monday January 30th with mandatory orientation at 8:00 pm!
Who Is The 8 Week Transformation For?
This program is for anyone looking to make a lifestyle change! Any fitness level can participate in the Transformation! Our TFW trainers will modify any exercise to YOUR specific fitness needs, even if you have an injury.
I am out of shape, can I handle these workouts?
Yes, this is an introduction program. You will be taking beginner classes with ONLY 8 Week Transformation participants, NOT regular members. The workouts and exercises will be modified to fit your specific fitness needs.
I don’t have a lot of weight to lose,
is this program still for me?
Yes, some people take the Transformation because they are looking to change things up, get stronger and healthier. Some people have that last 15 - 20 pounds to lose and need a coach to help them reach their goal.
Is this a Crossfit?
No. TFW is not a Crossfit. TFW is not designed as a sport or competition, it focuses on YOU competing against and bettering your body, mind and spirit. The fun and exciting workouts of the TFW system are designed to help you develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude needed to take on daily challenges and reach your fitness goals.
What separates the TFW system from other training programs like Crossfit is its culture. TFW encompasses signature warmups, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all based on a comprehensive evaluation process. The most important component of the TFW system is its motivational approach and family environment.
In this program you will build strength, feel healthier, lose fat and or gain muscle. Training For Warriors delivers results!
Does the 8 Week Transformation include Nutrition?
Yes, The 8 week Transformation includes an 8 week habit-based nutrition coaching program, complete with daily lessons, practices/habits, check-ins, and more. This will help you revamp your eating habits and reach your goals..
How many days per week is it?
The Transformation consists of 3 classes per week.
Can I come a 4th day if I want?
No. We suggest taking only 3 classes especially if you are a beginner. Your body will need the extra days for proper recovery.
When do the classes meet?
The classes are offered Monday - Saturday in the morning and evening.
Monday - 10:15am & 6:30pm
Tuesday - 6pm
Wednesday - 10:15am & 7pm
Thursday - 10:15am & 6:15pm
Friday - 6pm
Saturday - 10am
How long are the classes?
Weight Training Classes are 1 hour
Hurricane Cardio Classes are 45 minutes.
I have a busy schedule, can I rotate the classes I take?
Yes, our schedule is very flexible. You can take any class that fits your busy schedule.
