“TFW Changed My Life” – Stacey’s Story


Stacey is like so many other girls, she struggled with sticking to a diet and exercise plan.

She would constantly ride the “results – rollercoaster”.

She would be serious for a week, she’d go to the gym consistently  and watch what she ate only to fall right back into bad habits the next week.

The gym to her was painful, she had no idea what to do accept use some boring cardio machine and then leave.

Every year Stacey makes a New Years resolution to lose weight but it always fails, it was time for her to make a change and get serious.

After seeing a friend constantly post about TFW she decided to see what the buzz was all about.

She joined TFW Mahopac and started their 28 Day Warrior Shred Nutrition Program. The program completely changed her bad habits, taught her about discipline, meal prep and how to shop.

TFW changed her life!

Now she’s unstoppable!

She’s now consistently goin to the gym and eating healthy. She’s sprinting and doing chin-ups! These are exercises she had never attempted before TFW.

She’s lost a lot of FAT gained muscle!

She used to wear a lot of cardigans and sweaters, now because her arms have become more defined she’s not afraid to show them off and can wear dresses (pictured) to show them off!

No more hiding behind oversized sweaters and clothes!

Stacey has gained confidence and is beginning to love herself again.
